Replacement Costs Reasonable costs incurred to replace lost or damaged clothing worn at the time of the accident or to replace prescription eyewear, dentures, hearing aids, prostheses and other medical or dental devices that were lost or damaged due to the accident.
Funeral & Death Benefit Up to $6,000 to pay for funeral expense. $25,000 to the spouse (paid to dependant(s) if there is no spouse), $10,000 to each dependant, $10,000 to the person upon whom the deceased was dependant, $10,000 to each person to whom the deceased had an obligation to provide support under a formal contract or court order.*Paid if death occurs within 180 days of the accident or within 156 weeks if continuously disabled as a result of the accident.
